Data processing

If your repository or test data holds personal data, talk to us before work begins. Ask for a data processing agreement and we will settle the terms with you in writing.

1.When this matters

Agents and our team read the repositories in scope. If those contain personal data, for example in fixtures, seed files or logs, then we may be processing it for you.

2.The simplest protection

  • Keep real customer data out of the repositories in scope.
  • Use made-up test data.
  • Do not send production credentials or database dumps in a request.

3.Asking for an agreement

Write to udit@tinycheque.com before work begins. Send your own template if you have one. Ask us which service providers, including AI model providers, would handle your data.
