This website has no accounts and no forms. Most of what we hold about you is what you choose to send us by email.

  • What you send us: your emails, name, company and whatever else you include.
  • Work details: requests, PRDs and the billing details needed to invoice you, if you become a customer.
  • Basic request data: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect this site.

3.Cookies and tracking

This site does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies, and it has no account login.

4.How we use it

  • To answer you.
  • To deliver and bill for the work you ask for.
  • To keep the site running and secure.
  • To meet legal duties.

We do not sell your personal data.

5.Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers we use to host this site, handle email and deliver the work. Ask us for the current list, including which AI model providers apply to your work.

6.Your code

Code and personal data inside your repositories are covered by your agreement with us and, where needed, a data processing agreement. See the data processing page.

7.Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to udit@tinycheque.com. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

8.Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
