Terms of service

The short version: you prepay, we build what you approve, you pay for completed user stories, and your team decides what merges. Your signed agreement or written order wins if it differs from this page.

1.The service

AgentCTO, by TinyCheque, turns your written requests into PRDs and pull requests in your repository, using AI agents and our team.

2.Price and prepayment

  • $5 per completed user story.
  • A minimum of 100 user stories a month, $500.
  • Paid in full before work begins.

3.What completed means

A user story is completed when its pull request meets the acceptance criteria you approved in the PRD. Each completed story uses $5 of your prepaid balance.

4.Your approval

We do not begin building a request until you approve its PRD. The PRD lists the user stories, so you can see the count before you approve.

5.Timing

We aim to open a written PRD the same business day you raise a request, and to raise the pull request within three business days of your approval.

6.What you agree to do

  • Give us the repository access the work needs, and have the right to give it.
  • Have someone who can review and decide on pull requests.
  • Not send us production credentials unless we have agreed how they will be handled.
  • Review what you merge. Your team makes the final call on every merge.

7.Your code

Your repository stays yours. Work is delivered as pull requests on your infrastructure.

8.Unused stories, cancellation and refunds

How unused prepaid stories are handled is settled in writing before you pay. See the refunds and billing page.
