Refunds and billing

You pay before work begins, and each completed user story uses $5 of that balance. We settle what happens to unused stories in writing before you pay, so nothing is a surprise.

1.How prepayment works

  • The minimum is 100 user stories a month, $500.
  • It is paid in full before work begins.
  • Each completed user story uses $5 of your balance.

2.What uses your balance

A story uses your balance when its pull request meets the acceptance criteria you approved. A story that has not met them has not been completed.

3.Knowing the cost first

The PRD lists every story before any work begins. Multiply the count by $5. Nothing is built until you approve.

4.Unused stories

Ask us before you pay what happens to stories you do not use in a month, and how refunds work for them. We will confirm it in writing, and that written answer is what applies to you.
